Cancellation Policy

In case of canceling your order for any personal reason:

1. If the shipment has been created/processed : Partial shipping fees will be deducted and the rest of the amount will be refunded.

2. If the shipment has not been created/ processed by the seller: Full refund will be processed.

 

Note : If the shipment left for your destination, we cannot cancel your order.

In rare cases, delivery may take longer, due to:

1. Bad weather

2. Flight delays

3. National holidays or Festivals

4. Customs clearance procedures

5. Other unforeseen circumstances
